Japan hosts capsule toy exhibitions in Ehime and Gunma
The Ehime Prefectural Museum of History and Culture in Saijō (West Yō City) opened a "Gacha Gacha" exhibition featuring roughly 400 capsule‑toy items from 12 manufacturers. Visitors of all ages can view the displays, try the toys on site and learn about the 60‑year history of the hobby. The exhibition runs through August 31.
Separately, the Gunma Prefectural World Heritage Center will hold a "Monthly Capsule Toy Campaign" on August 9. The free event is limited to the first 200 participants, who can receive a capsule toy containing heritage‑themed magnets, badges and other designs, with a chance to win original Seikate merchandise.
