Japan to host major camping‑car fairs in Hokkaido and Tohoku in 2026

The Hokkaido Camping‑Car & Outdoor Show 2026 will be held on August 29‑30 at the Access Sapporo venue in Sapporo's Shiroishi Ward. Organized by the Hokkaido Camping‑Car & Outdoor Show Executive Committee (Japan RV Association, Bushiroad Move, Neo Project), the event will showcase a wide range of new and popular motorhomes, outdoor gear and pet products. Admission fees are ¥800 for advance electronic tickets, ¥1,000 on‑site, and free for children under middle school, with pets allowed for a ¥500 care fee.

The Tohoku Camping‑Car Fair 2026 is scheduled for October 10‑11 at Dream Messe Miyagi in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture. Hosted by the Tohoku Camping‑Car Fair Executive Committee, the indoor exhibition will feature light campers, cab‑conversions, van‑conversions and other models, plus stage performances and food trucks. Tickets cost ¥800 in advance and ¥1,000 on the day, with free entry for younger children, and pet accompaniment is permitted.
