Japanese companies Vis and TO Books announce new shareholder benefit programs

Several Japanese companies have announced the establishment of new shareholder benefit programs to increase investment appeal and encourage long-term holdings.

Vis announced a new system utilizing the ‘Digital Benefit Club,’ where shareholders will receive points based on the number of shares held. Following the announcement, the company's stock saw a positive reaction in the market.

TO Books is introducing a program for shareholders holding at least 100 shares as of the end of April each year. Starting in 2027, eligible shareholders will receive original design QUO cards featuring artwork from the popular series ‘Ascendance of a Bookworm.’ The value of the cards will range from 3,000 yen for holders of 100–200 shares to 25,000 yen for those holding 500 shares or more.
