Colowide Group sushi chains launch seasonal autumn dessert menus

Japanese sushi restaurant chains under the Colowide Group are launching seasonal autumn dessert menus.

Nigiri no Tokubee and Kaisen Atom will begin selling four limited-edition autumn sweets starting September 1, 2026. The lineup includes chestnut-style catalana, Shimanto chestnut ice cream, sweet potato cheesecake, and Shine Muscat grapes. These items will be available across 52 locations through November 3, 2026.

Separately, Kappa Sushi is introducing three new desserts through its “Gochi CAFE” brand starting September 3, 2026. The menu features the chain’s original “soy sauce caramel ice cream,” which combines savory soy sauce with sweet caramel. The offerings include the standalone ice cream, a premium pudding parfait, and a baked cheesecake topped with the soy sauce caramel ice cream.
