Japanese food service companies announce new menus and digital services

Several Japanese food and beverage operators have announced new service features and seasonal menu offerings for late 2026.

Oasis Tea Lounge, operator of the Taiwanese cafe Chun Shui Tang, launched a mobile ordering service on September 9, 2026. The service allows customers to order and pay via LINE, their website, or Instagram to reduce wait times. To mark the launch, a limited-edition Tieguanyin Jelly Latte was introduced.

Kushikatsu Tanaka is introducing a new autumn menu starting September 10, featuring a spicy “Mala Chiridori Nabe” alongside its standard version. The lineup also includes seasonal skewers like sweet potato and new dessert options.

Soup Shizuoka Parco will offer a limited-quantity “Autumn Luxury Shabu-Shabu Special Course” beginning September 10, featuring all-you-can-eat beef tongue and true octopus.

Additionally, the chicken specialty restaurant Torimaru Hachi announced a weekday dinner promotion running from September 14 to October 5, offering discounted beer sets when paired with specific appetizers like chicken sashimi or fried chicken wings.
