Japanese frozen gyoza promotions boost summer sales in Hokkaido and Osaka

SAPPORO Gyōza Manufacturing Co. revived its limited‑edition “Super‑Large Corn Gyoza” on July 10, 2026. The 60‑gram dumplings contain 20 g of Hokkaido sweet corn each and are sold in five‑piece packs for ¥1,800 (¥1,280 during the promotion). The summer campaign runs until July 31 and includes discounts of up to ¥2,000 on combo sets that also feature scallop‑filled gyoza.

In Osaka, the Fukuchan Ramen factory’s direct‑sale outlet offers a 18‑piece frozen gyoza pack for ¥390, alongside other low‑priced Chinese‑style items such as ramen broth (¥180), pork belly char siu (¥980) and kimchi. The shop, located in Daitō City, holds monthly “factory festivals” on the last weekend of each month, providing additional bulk‑buy discounts.
