Various Japanese restaurant chains are launching promotional campaigns to coincide with Yakiniku Day on August 29 and related seasonal events.

Juju Karubi is running a series of “life support” campaigns, including discounted all-you-can-eat rates for elementary school students and special lunch prices for official app members. The chain is also offering 200 yen discounts on all takeout yakiniku bento boxes.

Other major chains are offering diverse incentives: Yakiniku Like is providing Black Wagyu beef portions for 500 yen, while Karubi Taisho and Ganko-tei are offering 29% discounts on all single-item menu products. Kamimura Bokujo is including thick-cut beef tongue in select all-you-can-eat courses at no extra charge.

Gyukaku is hosting a summer festival featuring themed menu items and weekday-only all-you-can-drink sets. Additionally, Matsuya is offering 200 yen discounts on double-sized meat sets for orders placed via its official mobile app.
