Japanese retailers launch major BTO computer sales

Several Japanese computer retailers are conducting major sales on Build-to-Order (BTO) personal computers.

PC Seven, operated by Seven R Japan, is holding a 24-hour limited sale on August 24. The promotion features 10 different products with discounts of up to 159,000 yen. High-end models include systems equipped with Intel Core Ultra 7 processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50-series GPUs, such as the ZEFT Z55IK, which features an RTX 5090 and 128GB of RAM.

Separately, Unitcom's PC Koubou is running an extended “Super Early Settlement Sale” through September 18. This sale offers discounts of up to 150,000 yen on various desktop and high-performance laptop models suitable for gaming, business, and daily use. The retailer is also offering daily deals on PC parts and peripherals, alongside various trade-in and installment programs.
