Jayden Oosterwolde linked to January transfer to AS Roma

Italian media reports suggest that AS Roma has reached an agreement to sign Fenerbahçe defender Jayden Oosterwolde during the January transfer window, contingent upon his full recovery from injury.

Oosterwolde's previous attempt to join the Serie A club was canceled after he failed a medical examination. The 25-year-old Dutch player recently underwent surgery in Finland for a hamstring injury and has returned to Istanbul for rehabilitation. He has expressed his goal to return to competitive play by early December.

Fenerbahçe has excluded the player from its Champions League squad. Oosterwolde, whose contract runs until 2028, currently has an estimated market value of 20 million euros.
