Jeep Compass enters third generation with increased dimensions
The Jeep Compass has entered its third generation, featuring significant physical growth compared to its predecessor. The new model is approximately 15 cm longer, 5 cm wider, and nearly 8 cm taller than the previous version, with a wheelbase of 2.8 m.
Design updates include a more aerodynamic front grille and a new lighting signature that includes an illuminated ‘Jeep’ logo on the tailgate. To protect technology during off-road use, cameras and radars have been repositioned higher on the vehicle. The interior has also been modernized with a reduction in physical buttons in favor of digital controls.
Available configurations include a 2.0L DOHC I-4 DI Turbo engine paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and 4x4 drivetrain capabilities.
