Jeep introduces Upland trim for 2027 Grand Cherokee
Jeep is expanding the 2027 Grand Cherokee lineup with the introduction of the Upland trim, a more affordable option designed for a rugged aesthetic without the full mechanical upgrades of the Trailhawk model.
The Upland trim features 18-inch wheels with all-terrain tires, gray tow hooks, and a front fascia similar to the Trailhawk. While it lacks the Trailhawk’s upgraded suspension and four-wheel-drive system, it includes a standard 324-hp turbocharged 2.0-liter inline-four engine. The two-row version is expected to start at approximately $49,990.
Other updates for the 2027 Grand Cherokee include the return of the Trailhawk trim and technological improvements, such as upgrading the Laredo version from an 8.4-inch screen to a 10.1-inch display. The lineup continues to offer various configurations, including the V6 3.6-liter engine for Laredo models.
