Jeff Cobb returns to New Japan Pro-Wrestling

Jeff Cobb has officially returned to New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) following a hiatus and a stint in WWE. His return occurred during the G1 Climax 36 final event at the Ryogoku Kokugikan.

During the event, after a match involving the United Empire, Gedo intervened to address Callum Newman’s attitude, leading to Cobb’s surprise appearance in the ring. Cobb announced his intention to join the faction Unbound Co., signaling a departure from his former association with the United Empire. Cobb stated that he is returning to where ‘the real wrestling is’ and expressed a desire to confront Callum Newman.
