Jeffrey Epstein survivors urge US officials to probe alleged network of powerful men

Survivors of Jeffrey Epstein’s abuse and family members of Virginia Giuffre met privately with House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, presenting documents from the Justice Department’s released Epstein files. The packet included a July‑2025 email that directed FBI officials to compile a spreadsheet of allegations against 14 men, naming Bill Clinton, Les Wexner, Andrew Mountbatten‑Windsor and former President Donald Trump among others. Survivors argue that Attorney General Todd Blanche’s claim of no further leads is inaccurate and urge Comer to expand the probe.

The meeting prompted Comer to request testimony from Epstein’s former lawyer Alan Dershowitz. Earlier reporting also highlighted how Epstein allegedly used connections in the modeling industry to recruit young women, citing court records, emails and survivor testimonies that described a pipeline of scouts and recruiters funneling aspirants to him. Advocacy groups such as the Model Alliance have called for broader investigations into industry practices that may have facilitated the abuse.
