Jeong Yein rumored to replace Ha Young in ‘The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call’

Reports suggest that former Lovelyz member Jeong Yein may replace Ha Young in the upcoming seasons of the drama ‘The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call’. The role of Cheon Jang Mi, originally played by Ha Young, became vacant following her departure due to controversy regarding her family’s alleged pro-Japanese ties.

While local media reported that auditions were held and Jeong Yein was selected, her agency, Sublime, has stated that there are no confirmed discussions regarding her appearance in the series. A representative from Netflix also noted that casting discussions are currently ongoing and nothing has been finalized.

The production team plans to film seasons two and three of the series back-to-back, with filming scheduled to begin next month.
