American Horror Story: 13 teaser reveals major character crossover

FX and 20th Television have released the first teaser for ‘American Horror Story: 13’, the upcoming thirteenth season of the acclaimed horror anthology series created by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk. The new season is described by Murphy as a crossover event, comparing its scale to ‘The Avengers’ as it brings together characters and elements from across the franchise’s history to face a supreme evil.

The teaser features several returning franchise regulars, including Jessica Lange, Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Angela Bassett, and Emma Roberts. Notable character returns mentioned include Constance Langdon, Cordelia Goode, Madison Montgomery, Marie Laveau, and Twisty the Clown.

Scheduled to premiere on September 24, 2026, the season will consist of 13 episodes, each approximately 30 minutes long. The release strategy includes debuting three episodes during the premiere week, followed by three more the following week, and then two episodes weekly until the finale in late October.
