JetBlue and British Airways Unveil New Booking and Loyalty Features

JetBlue announced a streamlined ticket‑booking process that lets customers first select one of four onboard experiences—Main, EvenMore, BlueFirst or Mint—and then choose from up to three fare options within that experience. The change prepares the rollout of BlueFirst, a new domestic first‑class product slated for later this year, and renames the core offering as “Main.”

British Airways introduced a “Corporate Individual Score” ranging from 0 to 105 that influences how passengers are treated on‑board, including meal selection, upgrade eligibility and wait‑list priority. Scores are grouped by status level, with Gold members falling between 36 and 96 points. The scoring system is intended to personalize service based on passenger value.
