Jim Ross Set to Leave Hospital After Over 30-Day Stay

WWE Hall of Fame legend and AEW commentator Jim Ross announced on X that he will be discharged from the hospital after more than 30 days of treatment. He was admitted on May 29 for undisclosed medical reasons and said, “Heading home tomorrow! Over 30 days in the hospital come to a grateful end. Count your blessings daily.”

Ross, 74, has faced several health challenges in recent years, including colon‑cancer surgery in 2025 and recent evaluations for possible dementia or Alzheimer’s. He also suffered a fall in a New York hotel before missing the AEW Double or Nothing pay‑per‑view. Fans and fellow wrestlers have sent well wishes as he prepares to return home.
