Jitu Patwari criticizes Madhya Pradesh government over administrative failures

Madhya Pradesh Congress President Jitu Patwari has accused the BJP-led state government of administrative negligence following several recent tragedies. During a visit to Gwalior, Patwari addressed the fatal accident on Shitala Mata Mandir Road, demanding accountability for the loss of life.

Patwari highlighted a series of incidents contributing to public distress, including deaths caused by contaminated cough syrup, poisonous liquor, and polluted water in Indore. He criticized the government for merely expressing condolences rather than taking concrete action against those responsible.

Additionally, Patwari raised concerns regarding unemployment and electoral integrity. He also made a political statement regarding Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia, suggesting that the Congress party would seek accountability for certain issues during the November 2028 assembly elections.
