Joaquín Levinton denies sexual abuse allegations amid new threat evidence

Joaquín Levinton, leader of the band Turf, is facing a legal investigation following a sexual abuse allegation made by a woman identified as Paula. Levinton has denied the accusations, characterizing them as a false report and claiming he is the victim of systematic harassment.

New evidence has emerged in the form of audio recordings and chat messages attributed to the accuser. In these recordings, the woman reportedly uses violent language and issues death threats against the singer, including statements such as “I am going to kill you with my own hands.”

Ayelén Paleo, a former friend of the accuser, has also come forward, stating she received threatening messages from the same woman. Paleo reported that the conflict began over a personal dispute regarding borrowed clothing but escalated into intimidation. Levinton has indicated he possesses extensive evidence, including screenshots and audio, to support his defense and has mentioned that other public figures may testify regarding similar experiences with the accuser.
