Levinton has categorically denied the accusations, labeling them a “false report” and asserting that he is the victim of systematic harassment. He has presented evidence, including travel documentation and chat logs, to contest the allegations. New evidence has emerged in the form of audio recordings and chat messages attributed to the accuser. In these recordings, the woman reportedly uses violent language and issues death threats against the singer, including statements such as “I am going to kill you with my own hands.”

Ayelén Paleo, a former acquaintance of the accuser, has also come forward claiming she was targeted with intimidating messages and threats of false police reports. Paleo stated the conflict escalated from a personal dispute regarding borrowed clothing into intimidation. Levinton has since returned to his role as a judge on the television program ‘Es mi sueño’, describing the situation as a “nightmare”.
