Joe Rogan condemns Trump’s Iran war, says most people oppose the conflict

Podcaster Joe Rogan sharply criticized President Donald Trump’s decision to resume hostilities with Iran, arguing that the American public largely rejects a new war. In an interview with British politician Rupert Lowe, Rogan, who previously endorsed Trump for the 2024 election, said the president had broken a key campaign promise to avoid further wars. He added, “Most people are horrified by the idea, because Trump was elected … one of the pillars that he stood for, apparently, was that he doesn’t want any more wars.”

Rogan’s outburst came after Trump announced the end of a three‑week cease‑fire with Iran. The podcaster, who previously called the conflict “insane” and said citizens felt “betrayed,” reiterated his opposition despite earlier appearing alongside Trump at an Oval Office press conference earlier in the year.
