Joko Winterscheidt maintains family privacy and announces new travel series

German entertainer Joko Winterscheidt is maintaining a strict boundary between his professional career and his private life. He has made a conscious decision to protect the privacy of his children and family by avoiding the public sharing of personal details to shield them from media scrutiny.

In his professional life, Winterscheidt is set to collaborate again with Klaas Heufer-Umlauf for a new production titled ‘Joko & Klaas machen Urlaub’. Departing from their traditional competitive formats, this new series focuses on a shared road trip and the differing perspectives on relaxation and travel planning between the two hosts.

The series is scheduled to premiere on the streaming platform Joyn on August 26, 2026. It will also air on ProSieben in six episodes, with the first two linear television broadcasts scheduled for September 2 and September 9, 2026, at 8:15 PM.
