He characterized her behavior as ‘arrogant and antisocial’, noting that she ignored attempts at conversation during breaks.

By the fourth episode, the series featured a confrontation involving Winterscheidt’s childhood trauma. While traveling in Iceland, Heufer-Umlauf arranged for a local farmer, referred to as ‘Mr. Iceland’, to help Winterscheidt address a fear of horses stemming from being thrown from a horse at age six.
