João Pessoa municipal administration to hold online auction of 119 unserviceable assets on July 22

The Secretaria de Administração (Sead) of João Pessoa will conduct an online extrajudicial auction on July 22 at 9 a.m. The auction will feature 119 lots comprising vehicles, motorcycles, vans, ambulances, buses, trucks, machinery and other miscellaneous items that the municipality deems antieconomic and unserviceable.

The auction will be organized by Marco Tulio Leilões, and the official notice is available on the auctioneer’s website. Prospective buyers – both individuals and legal entities – may inspect the assets from July 14 to July 21. Registration for individuals requires uploading identification documents and a selfie; companies must provide corporate paperwork, identification of administrators and a similar selfie. All items will be sold in their current condition, and buyers assume responsibility for removal, registration, and any outstanding fines or fees associated with the assets.

Details on lot numbers, images and the bidding process are posted online, and interested parties must follow the prescribed procedures to submit bids.
