João Pessoa opens registration deadline for health agent training

Registration for the professional training course for candidates summoned for the Community Health Agent (ACS) and Endemic Disease Combat Agent (ACE) positions ends this Tuesday, the 15th. These positions are part of the 2024 public contest held by the City Hall of João Pessoa.

The training course consists of 40 total hours, divided into 20 theoretical hours and 20 theoretical-practical hours, with classes scheduled to begin in the first week of October. Rebeca Farias, Director of Labor Management at the Municipal Health Secretariat, emphasized that the training is an eliminatory stage of the contest and that failure to enroll will result in disqualification.

Candidates must register online via the 1Doc system, selecting ‘Protocolos na Central de Atendimento’ and the subject ‘SMS – Curso de Formação de ACS e ACE’. Those summoned for both roles must complete a separate registration for each position.
