Joseba Arguiñano is managing a television transition on Antena 3, hosting the Friday editions of ‘Cocina abierta’. This move serves as a gradual succession plan for his father, Karlos Arguiñano. After ten episodes, the program has averaged a 14.7% audience share with approximately 698,000 viewers.

During a recent episode featuring former boxer Joana Pastrana, Joseba demonstrated a culinary technique for peeling fuet. To prevent the meat from tearing due to the dehydrated skin, he recommends making an incision in the casing, wrapping the sausage in a damp paper towel for 10 minutes to restore flexibility, and then pulling the skin off easily.
