Loris Karius, following a standout performance for Schalke 04 against Bayern Munich, has been highlighted by pundits like Lothar Matthäus and Dietmar Hamann as a potential candidate for the national team. Additionally, VfB Stuttgart's Josha Vagnoman and Bilal El Khannouss have been noted for their strong performances.
