Juan Gabriel Sinfónico tickets sell out quickly in Ciudad Juárez

Tickets for the ‘Juan Gabriel Sinfónico’ concert sold out in approximately one hour during distribution in Ciudad Juárez. The event, organized by the Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez (UACJ) and the Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua (UACH), features a large-scale musical ensemble including two symphony orchestras, a band, a mariachi, singers, and choristers.

To attend the performances scheduled for August 27 and 28 at the Centro Cultural Paso del Norte, attendees were required to donate a new, non-violent, battery-free toy. A total of 3,000 tickets were distributed through this charitable exchange. The collected toys will be donated in December as part of the ‘Santa Bombero’ campaign to support children in Ciudad Juárez during the holiday season.

UACJ Rector Daniel Alberto Constandse Cortez noted that the concert serves as a collaborative cultural effort between the two universities and commemorates the tenth anniversary of the passing of Alberto Aguilera Valadez, known as Juan Gabriel.
