Judicial institutions in Argentina and Chile are conducting educational initiatives to deepen legal knowledge and community engagement.

In Tierra del Fuego, Argentina, Judge Javier Darío Muchnik of the Superior Tribunal de Justicia delivered a lecture as part of the Diplomatura Fueguina in Criminal and Procedural Criminal Law. The session focused on the Theory of Crime, covering essential concepts such as criminal responsibility, the content of intent (dolo), and the right of necessity. The lecture also addressed legal argumentation and jurisprudence from the Spanish Supreme Court.

In Coyhaique, Chile, the Juzgado de Garantía hosted students from Colegio Mater Dei for a practical session on the criminal justice system. Led by Judge Fabiola Muñoz Fierro, the activity included a role-playing exercise where students acted as judges, prosecutors, defense attorneys, and defendants. The initiative is part of an open justice program designed to strengthen civic education and connect the judiciary with the community.
