Juegos Bonaerenses advance to interregional and regional stages

The 35th edition of the Juegos Bonaerenses has entered its competitive qualifying stages across the Buenos Aires province. In San Fernando, the interregional stage commenced with football and softball matches, serving as a semifinal for group disciplines. This stage includes various sports such as basketball, volleyball, handball, rugby, and futsal, with upcoming events scheduled in San Pedro, Pehuajó, Ezeiza, La Matanza, Dolores, Bahía Blanca, and Benito Juárez.

Simultaneously, the regional stage for senior citizens took place in Chivilcoy. Approximately 220 older adults from ten different cities competed in disciplines including tennis, bocce, tejo, taba, and sapo. Participants from cities such as Mercedes, Pilar, and Luján competed at various local clubs and municipal facilities.

Successful competitors from both the interregional and regional stages will advance to the provincial finals held in Mar del Plata.
