Regional health services and infrastructure expand across Latin America
Various regional health and social initiatives are being implemented across Latin America. In Argentina, health officials in Ushuaia are reviewing mental health and substance abuse services, noting that the CAPCUSH center recorded nearly 6,000 services in the first half of 2026. Meanwhile, Jujuy has increased sanitary controls following isolated cases of caprine brucellosis linked to irregular cheese imports.
