Jumbo reports €120.6m H1 profit and announces extraordinary dividend
Jumbo, the Greek retail group, reported a net profit of €120.6 million for the first half of 2026, representing a 2.92% increase compared to the same period in 2025. Sales for the period rose by 4.42% to €519.26 million. EBITDA grew by 2.81% to reach €170 million, despite challenges such as geopolitical uncertainty and increased international freight costs.

This brings the total shareholder returns for the year to approximately €2.20 per share. The dividend entitlement date is set for November 16, 2026, with payments beginning on November 20, 2026.
The company maintains its full-year 2026 outlook, targeting sales growth of approximately 5% and net profits between €310 million and €320 million. As part of its expansion strategy, Jumbo plans to open a new store in Cyprus in 2027. The group currently operates 89 stores across Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, and Romania.
