Jung Yong Hwa and Hong Seung Hee to star in new drama ‘Oh My Guard’

The upcoming romance drama ‘Oh My Guard’ has released character posters and a teaser video ahead of its October 24 premiere. The series stars Jung Yong Hwa as Uhm Tae Bong, an A-list actor famous for romance dramas who possesses a unique refusal to film kiss scenes.

Co-starring Hong Seung Hee, the story follows the unpredictable relationship between the actor and Oh Hae Ra, a devoted fan. Following an accident, Oh Hae Ra becomes convinced she is the female lead of one of Tae Bong’s dramas, Cha Hong Doo.

The released promotional materials feature symbolic items, including a pig plushie and a script for ‘The Crown Prince’s Bodyguard,’ which serve as clues to the characters' connection. The series is co-directed by Yoon Jong Ho, known for ‘Lovely Runner,’ and Lee Seung Hoon.
