Release of Korean drama ‘Oh My Guard’

Overview

Promotional details for the upcoming Korean romance drama ‘Oh My Guard’ have been released ahead of its scheduled October 24 premiere.

The series stars Jung Yong Hwa as Uhm Tae Bong, an A-list actor known for his refusal to film kiss scenes, and Hong Seung Hee as Oh Hae Ra. The plot follows Oh Hae Ra, a woman who, following an accident, becomes convinced she is actually the spirited character Cha Hong Doo from a drama. This delusion leads her to become the secret bodyguard for Tae Bong.

Initial promotional materials included stills of Hong Seung Hee showcasing the contrast between her two personas. Subsequent updates released character posters and a teaser video featuring symbolic items such as a pig plushie and a script for ‘The Crown Prince’s Bodyguard’.
