Jungheinrich and Movu Robotics partner for warehouse automation

Jungheinrich and Movu Robotics have entered into a strategic partnership to provide highly automated pallet warehouse solutions. Under the agreement, Jungheinrich will serve as the preferred integrator for Movu’s shuttle systems, while Movu Robotics becomes the preferred supplier of robots for Jungheinrich.

The collaboration focuses on integrating Movu’s ‘Atlas’ four-way shuttle technology with Jungheinrich’s planning, software, and warehouse management systems (WMS). This approach aims to offer customers a seamless, end-to-end automation process, combining hardware with centralized stock management and optimization.

A flagship project is already underway in Almere, Netherlands, featuring ten robot shuttles and approximately 11,500 pallet positions. The companies see growing demand for these high-density storage solutions in sectors such as food and beverage, frozen logistics, and third-party logistics (3PL). Movu Robotics is part of the Belgian-based stow Group.
