Juventus reopens contract talks with striker Dusan Vlahovic

Juventus has revived negotiations with Serbian forward Dusan Vlahovic after a period of stalled talks. The renewal talks stalled previously because the player’s representatives demanded a net salary of €8 million per season, which the club deemed excessive relative to his recent performances.

Following the appointment of new executive director Carlo Carnevali, Juventus is exploring a longer three‑year contract or a one‑year extension supplemented by a higher signing bonus to bridge the wage gap. An official meeting between the club and Vlahovic’s agent is scheduled in the coming days to assess whether a financially sustainable agreement can be reached.

While other clubs such as Napoli, Milan and Chelsea have been linked to Vlahovic, no concrete offers have materialised. Juventus hopes the renewed dialogue will resolve the impasse and keep the striker at the Old Lady for the foreseeable future.
