Juventus has announced its 23-man squad for the Serie A fixture against Genoa at the Luigi Ferraris stadium. The roster features Albanian players Edon Zhegrova and 18-year-old Arman Durmishi, the latter of whom has been called up to the first team for the first time by manager Luciano Spalletti.
Spalletti faces significant selection challenges due to numerous absences. Unavailable players include Kenan Yildiz, Francisco Conceicao, Nico Gonzalez, Khephren Thuram, and Manuel Locatelli, while Zeki Celik, Jeff Ekhator, Arkadiusz Milik, and Kamil Grabara are sidelined with injuries. To bolster the squad, Spalletti has also included young talents Augusto Owusu and Filippo Pagnucco.
In preparation for the match, Juventus is expected to utilize a 3-5-2 formation, with Randal Kolo Muani potentially starting from the bench and Nick Woltemade or Kerim Alajbegovic considered for the starting lineup.
