Juventus monitors Cagliari midfielder Alessandro Romano

Juventus is reportedly monitoring Alessandro Romano, a young midfielder currently on loan at Cagliari from AS Roma. The 2006-born player has emerged as a standout performer in Serie A, demonstrating tactical maturity and consistent playing time. During his tenure with Cagliari, Romano has averaged 89 minutes per match across five appearances, maintaining an 88% pass accuracy and contributing a goal.

Juventus scouts were recently observed at the Atalanta-Cagliari match to evaluate the player's performance firsthand. While Juventus is interested in his ability to control midfield tempo, they face competition from other major Italian clubs, including Inter Milan and Napoli, who are also tracking his development. Currently, the interest remains in the monitoring phase rather than active negotiations.
