Italian clubs scouting Cagliari players

Overview

Major Italian football clubs are monitoring young talent at Cagliari. Initially, Inter Milan scouts were reported to be observing midfielder Alessandro Romano and striker Paul Mendy. Romano, a 2006-born player on loan from AS Roma, was noted for his tactical vision and maturity.

Interest in Romano has since expanded to include Juventus, who are evaluating his ability to control midfield tempo. Juventus scouts were observed at a recent match to assess his performance. Romano faces competition for interest from several top clubs, including Inter Milan and Napoli, though reports indicate the situation is currently in a monitoring phase rather than active negotiation.
