Juventus plans squad overhaul and January transfer targets

Juventus is planning a significant restructuring of its squad, focusing on building a more sustainable and younger team with a preference for Italian talent. CEO Giovanni Carnevali has emphasized this strategic direction, which includes targeting high-potential players to bolster the roster.

One primary target is Antonio Raimondo, a 2004-born striker currently on loan at Frosinone from Bologna. Raimondo has demonstrated exceptional form, scoring seven goals in the first seven matches of the season. Juventus is closely monitoring his progress as part of their long-term planning.

For the upcoming January transfer window, the club is reportedly considering several reinforcements to address needs in attack, midfield, and defense. Potential targets include Alexander Sorloth, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, and Nicolás Tagliafico. These moves are intended to provide the leadership and character that management and coach Luciano Spalletti have identified as missing in the current squad.
