Juventus reports €66 million annual loss amid UEFA settlement

Juventus has reported consolidated losses of €66 million for the 2025-26 fiscal year, ending June 30, 2026. This represents an increase of approximately €7.9 million compared to the €58.1 million loss recorded in the 2024-25 period.

Despite total group revenues reaching €474.7 million and a reduction in wage costs from €110 million to €99 million, the club faced lower income from transfers, broadcasting rights, and matchday activities. The financial situation is critical as the club works to comply with a settlement agreement with UEFA regarding violations of the Football Earnings Rule.

The UEFA agreement, which spans three years, includes a potential fine of up to €20 million—with €6 million due immediately and €14 million conditional—alongside restrictions on registering new players for European competitions. To address these challenges, Juventus has announced plans to seek shareholder approval for a capital increase of up to €250 million.
