Juventus target Fiorentina midfielder Cher Ndour in push for Italian talent
Juventus has identified Fiorentina’s 19‑year‑old midfielder Cher Ndour as one of its primary transfer targets. Ndour, a box‑to‑box player who has become a regular starter under Paolo Vanoli, is valued by the Viola at at least €30 million, with Paris Saint‑Germain retaining a 50 % share of any future sale. Juventus sporting director Giovanni Carnevali and coach Luciano Spalletti view the midfielder’s versatility and growth potential as a fit for the club’s new strategy of strengthening the squad with Italian players.
The interest in Ndour comes alongside Juventus’ broader recruitment plan that also lists names such as Federico Chiesa, Daniele Frattesi, Michael Kayode, Matteo Ruggeri and young defender Giovanni Leoni. The club aims to increase the number of home‑grown or Italy‑experienced players after several years of a more international market approach.
