Juventus targets Kessié, Goretzka and Solet as part of squad rebuild

Juventus is in a rebuilding phase under manager Luciano Spalletti and limited finances, prompting the club to explore economical signings. The leadership of Gianluca Carnevali and Frank Massara is focusing on free‑agent midfielders Franck Kessié, who wants to return to Europe after a stint in Saudi Arabia, and Leon Goretzka. Both players are expected to command salaries of roughly €5‑6 million per season, with the appeal of playing in Serie A for a historic club.

At the same time, Juventus is monitoring French centre‑back Oumar Solet as a defensive addition, aiming to secure him before rivals Inter Milan can. Solet, 25, is praised for his physical presence and technical ability and fits Spalletti’s tactical plans. The club is also considering using academy prospect Vasilije Adzic on loan as a make‑weight to reduce the financial outlay required for the Solet deal.
