Germany national team faces double injury blow to Havertz and Musiala

Germany's national football team has suffered a significant double injury blow during their UEFA Nations League campaign. Following a 1-1 draw against the Netherlands, head coach Jürgen Klopp confirmed that both Kai Havertz and Jamal Musiala have sustained injuries and will undergo MRI scans to determine the severity of their conditions.

Jamal Musiala, of Bayern Munich, suffered a muscle-fibre tear in his right thigh during the pre-match warm-up and was forced to withdraw before kick-off. Kai Havertz, an Arsenal forward, was forced off the pitch in the 30th minute of the match following a challenge from Quinten Timber, with initial reports suggesting a suspected hamstring issue.

Klopp indicated that both players are likely to miss Germany's upcoming Nations League fixtures against Greece and Serbia. The medical updates are of high concern for both the German national team and the players' respective clubs, Arsenal and Bayern Munich, as they await definitive diagnoses.
