Kamila López accuses Leo Rey of unpaid wages

Former dancer Kamila López has publicly accused singer Leo Rey and the management of the musical group La Noche of withholding significant payments from staff members. López stated on social media that she and other workers, including musicians, faced long periods without remuneration. She specifically alleged that while payments were accumulating, Leo Rey’s partner and manager were profiting from the funds.

López clarified that her decision to speak out stemmed from her experience of being dismissed after requesting owed wages. She noted that some payments, such as those for New Year's Eve performances, were delayed by several months.

In response to the allegations, Leo Rey used Facebook to dismiss the claims, labeling them as “falacias y mentiras” (fallacies and lies) from former band members seeking attention following recent viral moments. López has since expressed gratitude for the public support she received following her statements, asserting that she has no reason to regret telling her version of events.
