Kansas City Royals find bright spots in Caglianone and Roccaforte

First baseman Jac Caglianone recently led the Royals to a 6-3 victory over the Chicago Cubs, recording two home runs and two doubles in a single game. This performance made him the first player in the major leagues this season to achieve that specific stat line. Caglianone has hit 20 home runs this season, with an average home run distance of 418.2 feet, the highest in the majors.

In the minor leagues, outfielder Carson Roccaforte is also having a breakout campaign at the AA level with the Northwest Arkansas Naturals. The 24-year-old has recorded 27 home runs and 20 stolen bases this season, posting an OPS of .851. While Roccaforte has shown significant power and defensive capability in center field, he continues to face challenges with a high strikeout rate.
