Following a tip-off, prosecutors coordinated searches with the Investigation Bureau and the Southern Crime Fighting Center on the 29th, seizing relevant evidence.
Investigators allege that since November 2025, the candidate provided cash amounts ranging from NT$5,000 to NT$6,000, along with umbrellas and LED subtitle machines valued at approximately NT$22,600, to voters and groups to secure votes.
The candidate was summoned along with eight others, including voters and witnesses.
