Kappa Sushi announces autumn menus and seasonal Edomae sushi
Kappa Sushi, a subsidiary of the Colowide Group, has announced several limited-time food offerings for late 2026.
From October 22 to October 25, the chain will offer four special autumn set menus at a discounted rate. These include a tuna and shellfish comparison set, a luxury sushi set featuring large fatty tuna and conger eel, a ramen and salad combo, and a dessert set featuring acai bowls and warabi mochi. Additionally, a promotional campaign involving Shin Ramyun products will run from September 24 through October 31.
Separately, the restaurant chain will introduce Edomae-style sushi items from October 22 to November 11. These include 'Shime Kohada' (vinegared gizzard shad) and 'Shime Kohada Aburi' (seared vinegared gizzard shad), both priced at 110 yen per piece. These items are intended to showcase traditional sushi preparation techniques.
