KAPSARC joins 25th WPC Energy Congress in Riyadh as National Partner

KAPSARC has announced its participation as a National Partner in the 25th WPC Energy Congress, which will be held in Riyadh from October 11 to 15, 2026. This marks the first time the Congress, originally established in London in 1933, will be hosted in Saudi Arabia.

More than 20 experts and leaders from KAPSARC will contribute to various programs, including the Executive, Technical, Synergy, and Special Programmes. Key speakers include KAPSARC President Fahad Alajlan and Dr. Ghadah Alarifi, Dean of the KAPSARC School of Public Policy.

Discussions will cover a wide range of energy topics, such as energy supply and demand, natural gas, the Circular Carbon Economy, and lower-emission pathways for petrochemicals. Additionally, KAPSARC will lead a session on using generative AI for evidence-based oil market analysis, exploring AI-assisted data workflows and econometric analysis.
