The academy will offer workshops in woodcraft, robotics coding, ceramics, English and Arabic, drama, reading, drawing, music, diction, writing, values education and pioneering personalities.
Registration for the Karatay Summer Sports Schools opens on 8 June (applications accepted until 13 June). The eight‑week sports program runs from 6 July to 30 August, featuring football, taekwondo, basketball, table tennis, archery, tennis, gymnastics, kick‑boxing, judo, volleyball, wrestling and swimming, taught by 42 instructors. Classes are held three days a week for most sports and two days for swimming.
Mayor Kılca said the programs aim to provide “productive, healthy and socially enriching summer experiences” and help children develop skills such as teamwork, discipline and confidence.
